This Alpha Parenting course is specifically designed for parents and carers with children under the age of 10. The course will cover 5 different topics over 10, 1-hour zoom sessions. These evenings will be broken down into a 30-minute video as well as 30 minutes for small discussions groups, with 4-6 people in each group. Due to the impact of Covid-19, these sessions will be running online through zoom.

The 5 topics are:
1. Building strong foundations
2. Meeting our children's needs
3. Setting boundaries
4. Teaching healthy relationships 
5. Our long-term aim

Cost: $20 (covers the cost of course material)
Session dates: August 6th, 13th, 27th, September 3rd, 10th, 17th, October 15th, 22nd, November 12th and 19th. 
Sessions will run on Thursday nights, from 7:30 pm
